Return and Refund Policy

If you have registered for this event and need to request cancellation, please follow the instructions below according to the pre-established criteria:

The request must be sent to the Congress e-mail, with proof of payment, purchase order number and the date of registration.

Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal until August 25, a refund of 75% of the amount paid will be made. 

There will be no refund from 25 August, on.

Bank charges will be the resposibility of the participant cancelling the transfer.

Registration is non-transferable. If you are unable to attend the event, the cancellation / refund will only be made according to the deadlines determined in the registration area of the congress website.

There will be no refund:

Registrations made from 25 August 2023, on;

The of cancellation with refund does not apply to registrations with category erros or lack of documentation.

Important: 

Only the participant himself can request (via e-mail) the cancellation, according to the criteria described;

For refund analysis it will be considered: the date of the request sent by e-mail and the deadlines / criteria mentioned above;

The request for cancellation / refund analysis can only be carried out via e-mail and with the registration data of the participant himself;

The refund will be made directly into the participant's checking account;

The deadline for refund is up to 10 (ten) days after the request;
