Final presentation file submission

Oral Communication

  • Deverá submeter o seu ficheiro final através do formulário abaixo, utilizando o template disponibilizado, until October, 22nd 2023;

  • Download the template  HERE

  • Each presenting author will have 8 minutes to present their work followed by 2 minutes for questions and answers. We thank you in advance for your best understanding in complying with the stipulated schedule.

Poster:

  • You must attend on the date of the congress, with the printed Poster, following the printing rules;

  • The boards for display of abstracts will be 120 cm high x 90 cm wide. Check the printing norms HERE

  • The printing of the Posters is the responsibility of each author;

  • The poster must be put on the placard with the poster number assigned. The list with the poster number will be provided on site;

  • You will have avaliable all the necessary material for the display of your Poster.

Se não enviou o seu ficheiro final, no dia da sua apresentação deverá fazer-se acompanhar da sua apresentação em formato .pptx numa PEN USB e deverá entregá-la no “slide desk”, que estará devidamente identificado.
